Welcome to Universal Steam, where we specialize in professional carpet cleaning services. At Universal Steam, we charge our services based on the square footage of the area to be cleaned. Our standard rate is set at 40 cents per square foot, but we also have two special offers available for you to choose from.

The first special offer is priced at $140, which covers up to 400 square feet. This package typically caters to 2-4 areas depending on their size.

For larger spaces, we have a second special offer priced at $249, which covers up to 800 square feet. This package is ideal for up to 8 areas.

To ensure the best results, our thorough cleaning process begins with a comprehensive vacuuming of the carpet to eliminate any loose soil and debris. This initial step aids in reducing dry time and unwanted odors.

We then proceed to pre-spray the carpet with our specially formulated shampoo, allowing it to thoroughly pe*****te and prepare the carpet fibers for deep cleaning.

Next, we employ the use of electric floor buffers to powerfully scrub the carpet, ensuring maximum soil and stain removal.

After the power scrubbing, we meticulously extract any remaining loose contaminants, leaving your carpet fresh and revitalized.

In case there are any stubborn spots that require extra attention, we will apply additional spot treatment and continue with the extraction process until optimal results are achieved.

Upon request, we also provide the option to apply Scotch Guard to seal the carpet fibers, thereby extending and protecting the life of your carpet.

To speed up the drying process, we employ the use of air movers that help accelerate the evaporation of moisture, ensuring minimal disruption to your daily routine.
