Hi all of my Sarah's Clean Team followers, thank you for taking the time to like and follow, I really appreciate you. This is a psa about INTEGRITY for small business owners with less than 10 employees, their employees, and clients.
I would like to say that I have to get this out there just because there maybe those who don't understand or know how a small business works. I am not pointing fingers or calling anyone out, this is just a public service announcement.
When a small business becomes a regular service for a client, this is virtually payment for nights of no sleep, stress over making budgets, and providing a life for themselves and their families. It becomes a relationship between the small business owner and client, especially in my company, because I have always had less than 10 employees keeping me in the day to day with cleaners and clients.
Here is where it gets murky, when a client and employee agree to work together without the middle man, meaning the employer, or me, all of the work that company did to get the client and employee together is not thought about. The company has to pay tens of thousands a year for marketing for not only clients but employees, as well. Not only the money that goes into the marketing is wasted, the training from the years of experience and money gone into education for improving the skills of the owner of the small company to the employee hired. It takes weeks to nurture and train new employees to become great at the skill being taught. This happens every day, but I want to put it out that it is harmful for the very small business, like myself, because we put much more care, thought, time, and resources into our businesses. This is our livelihoods that are not being thought about. I, myself, am all about helping people grow, but the use of integrity is needed. Small business owners can and would teach more to anyone who had a conversation, because they are creative and care about others.
Please support your local small business, they created a service for you because they want to provide services or help the community while also providing for their families. Please use integrity in life, more people can be affected than you may know.
