We can handle a number of hardwood situations.

This is semi gloss. Nylon sliders on a temporary walker created scuff marks before they realized it. Those can typically be removed with a clean and buff procedure. But the sheen depends on how much finish is left at that time.
It was also worn down enough to allow another coat. Thickness of coating is crutial not to get too much. Rather see too little. Its a way easier fix.

This is a satin finish after cured. We resolved a major wax issue. Color corrected, abraded, prepped and sealed with 2 coats satin commercial grade 2-part finish.

Satin is the most popular sheen. Although we can do wet look, if that's what you want. Glossy is harder to maintain. But both are very durable.. we use top of the line products.

Great for aged floors that are looking rough or just simply wanting a nice chamge without the huge cost of replacement.
Engineered cannot be sanded so they are cleaned and abraded prior.
Only the absolute best coating.
Available in Satin, Semi Gloos, and Wet Look.

They can look better than new!

At a fraction of replacement cost.

This process is also recommended for site finished hardwood as a recoat. To prevent premature need for full sanding. Typically about 40% of the cost of full sand.
Get 5 years easily. Then recoat agian if you like.
