Q: How much will it cost to clean my home?
A: Who knows! But seriously, cleaning prices can be all over the map depending on how small or large a business is, how high a business’ expenses are, and what is actually in a client’s home.
For my business, I tend to have a minimum of around $180-$200 for maintenance cleans which be around 3 hours. I also prefer to price by the job, not by the hour so that clients can know exactly what to expect each time.
Q: What is done during each clean?
A: I keep checklists for each type of clean I do and tailor them to each home as needed. This way, there is a clean expectation for what will be accomplished during a visit and there are no unspoken expectations.
Q: What areas do you service?
A: Generally all of Suffolk and certain parts of Nassau depending on the job. I am based in the Brookhaven area, so I try to keep any regular maintenance clients within a 40 minute radius.
