Five years ago, a childhood friend of our Owner, Chad Russell reached out to him, Sean Proulx. Sean had an idea for a passion project and wanted help to see it through. We combined our talents and resources to make it happen. This is the culmination of an idea that has grown into the past 4 years of these successful trips which have all been full of love, comraderie, healing, and esprit de corps. We’ve grown a great support network out of this special trip and are looking to impact more deserving individuals next year and beyond. This is the first peak. Enjoy and thank you to all who helped make this trip possible. We had an incredible time this year at our www.swingfordreams.com charity golf tournament in support of Creating Memories for Disabled Children. The charity takes disabled kids on cost free adventure trips and grants them access to amazing properties in Oregon to have rest and relaxation with their families. We were happy to support this event again. Our Owner, Chad Russell was President of Creating Memories for Disabled Children 501c3 nonprofit for two years and started this golf tournament 6 years ago with the help of local community as a fundraiser for the deserving organization. Now Chad sits on the Swing For Dreams Golf Committee to help the tournament improve. It continues to get better and grow every year and we had our best year yet!! Come join us next year!!!

***Purple Heart Day, on August 7th, commemorates the creation of the oldest American military decoration for military merit.

The Purple Heart medal is a solemn distinction and means a service member has greatly sacrificed themselves, or paid the ultimate price, while in the line of duty.

Even if it’s not today to all Purple Heart Recipients, Happy Alive Day and thank you for your service🫡
