Or “It just needs a quick wipe down!” Also, “This should be less expensive because we don’t live there yet.”

To be clear, this client thought and said none of those things haha
The excess dust, paint, caulk, grout, trash, etc is just part of the process. Don’t skip the clean! I spend so much time trying to get every inch of the home spotless, down the tiny paint drops. And sometimes, a fingernail is the only tool for the job 🤣
