We are looking for someone who is looking for long-term employment. The longer you are with us and the more you learn the more money you will make. You must also have a good driving record because you will be driving a service vehicle. As a perk of the business you will be able to take the service vehicle home depending on how far you live.
This job can be really easy at times and also very physical at times. We are looking for someone who can handle physical work, climbing ladders, carry heavy things up ladders and other things that would be tough at times.
We almost never work weekends. If we get extremely busy and you want to work a Saturday that's fine. If you do work a Saturday you can either take overtime or switch out for a day of the week to have off. For the most part we start work everyday at 7:30 in the morning and it's hard to say how long the day would be (average 4pm) because it depends what we do. We try to schedule eight hour days... some of our customers, very few, need us to come a little bit later in the evening which means those rare days we would get home roughly 8:00 p.m
This is a full-time position. If you do not believe this is the type of work you are looking for or looking to stick with us, then you are not the one. There is so much to learn that we really need someone who wants to be around long-term.
