Clean Living is looking to add another cleaner to our team! 🧹🤍

I want to emphasize that we are looking for someone who is DEPENDABLE, LOYAL & CONSISTENT!! This is not a seasonal or temporary position. We are asking for someone who can commit to this position at least through May 2027. This commitment is important because the owner is pregnant and will be taking some time away from cleaning. During that time, we need cleaners we can fully trust to be dependable, honest and consistent for both our business and our clients.

This does NOT mean your position ends in May! As long as you are dependable, honest and consistently provide quality work, we would LOVE for anyone we hire to stay long-term and grow with Clean Living! 🤍

PAY:
• Training: $14/hour for approximately 2–4 weeks
• After fully trained: 40% commission per home
• Commission averages approximately $20 hour

SCHEDULE:
• Approximately 3–5 days per week
• Must have availability Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM
• You will NOT necessarily work 8–5 every day — this is simply the availability we require for scheduling
• Opportunity to grow into a full-time position

REQUIREMENTS:
• Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working independently
• Willing to learn our specific cleaning routine & take constructive feedback
• Comfortable around dogs, cats & other household pets
• Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
• Able to lift 25+ lbs
• Able to bend, squat, kneel & perform repetitive cleaning tasks
• Friendly and professional with clients
• Willing to travel to Selmer, Savannah, Pickwick, Corinth & approximately 2 days/month in Jackson

🧼 We provide ALL cleaning products, vacuums, mops & supplies!

We have an amazing group of clients and a great team of girls. The environment is fun and easy-going, but showing up, being dependable and doing quality work every single time are non-negotiable!!!

We are looking for someone to START ASAP!

Good morning, yall! 🤍 Please read & share!

Matthew Wilbanks and I (Courtney Wilbanks) are so excited to announce that we’re expecting our first sweet baby in December! 🥹🫶🏼

With baby coming soon, I have one big goal: to grow Clean Living enough before December so that I can take a little maternity leave while my amazing team keeps everything running smoothly. Most of you have already met Halinea Michael and KristenKing and they have been the biggest blessing to me and my business! We’ll also be adding another cleaner to our team soon!🤭

As we get closer to the end of fall, I’ll slowly be stepping back from physically cleaning every home. I’ll still be managing the business every day, checking in with clients, scheduling, and popping in on cleans to help a little and do quality checks.
