Wanted to share an update about my hourly rate. Starting today, the rate for existing and future clients will be changed to $60/ hour, with a $120 minimum.

Starting in January 2026, I will be adjusting my service area for regularly scheduled clientele.

If you are outside of the service area, I can still schedule with you for a deep clean when needed*.

* Deep cleans for outside-of-service locations will have a 5 hour minimum requirement.

The new service area (North to South) will be Northern Edmonds to Southern Burien. West to East: Magnolia to Bellevue areas.

Wanted to mention that my books are still full for regular scheduled (repeat) cleanings, but please don't hesitate to contact me for a deep clean, move-out cleaning, or any other inquiries for cleaning services.

Adhesive is a lot less complicated than you'd think! Before reaching for the Goo Gone, try dabbing it with a wet paper towel and gently scraping with a plastic scraper. (Next step Goo Gone 😺)

I helped someone declutter their home recently and now he's enjoying a bed for the first time in 6 years, I might share the story eventually.
I helped motivate him by practicing my assertiveness, and he ended up finishing the rest of it himself. It was a pretty amazing transformation. We went through many of these steps.

Tis the season for Deep Cleans! Add a deep clean option to your next cleaning!

Due to high demand, I would like to introduce the 'Wait List'*.
Contact me via call, text, or messenger, to get on the wait list for a regular cleaning schedule. I will let you know what place you have in line, and I will contact you once a spot opens up.
I have very limited spots for one-time cleans, please contact for scheduling**.

*When contacted to be added to the schedule, please respond within 24 hours, otherwise you will be rotated with anyone else on the list.

**Please remember that all estimates are done in person, and never by square footage.

I've been thinking about this for a while, and I have decided that I want to add a 'pet care' addition to cleanings. This means litter box maintenance, food bowl cleanings, dog p**p maintenance, and water bowl maintenance (and other maintenance within my capability, based on the pet).
Water bowls and fountains are especially important to maintain for your pets, and mold grows within days if they aren't maintained properly.

This will be an addition to existing cleanings, added to the total hourly rate. I will start offering this addition to existing clients and future clientele. If a fountain or bowl is beyond maintenance, I will suggest a replacement.
If budgeting is an issue, I will offer to split the cost.
Our pets count on us to take good care of them, and I want to be more proactive.

We are currently switching from plastic to stainless steel fountains, for our 3 cats.
