Green Team Cleaning Regular Hourly Rate Cleanings: Rate: $35-75.00 per hour for two cleaners or typically $0.10 -.$0.18 per square/ foot

We are committed to providing professional, honest, and reliable non-toxic cleaning services to homes and small businesses in the Puget Sound area. Ballard, Fremont, Greenwood, Downtown Seattle, Bothell, the University District, Madison Park, and West Seattle are

some of the neighborhoods and areas that we are currently serving. As a local small business, we care about our community and our neighbors. Unlike many of the large, national-based cleaning businesses, we pay special attention to the details of each of our clients needs, providing peace of mind by offering a healthy, more safe solution to harsh chemical cleaners. We also send the same people to your home or office to do each regular cleaning, confirming any changes with you ahead of time. My name is Leonard Jones, Operations Manager at Green Team Cleaning, LLC. We are a family-oriented, Black-owned cleaning company serving the greater Seattle / Edmonds area since 2006 (incorporated as an LLC in 2011).

With 25+ years of hospitality experience, I’ve guided our team to specialize in Airbnb & short-term rental turnovers, deep cleaning, property maintenance, and consistent multi-unit management. We believe every property deserves care, and every client deserves integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
