Better Window Cleaning Seattle is a locally-owned and operated business with over 15 years of quality experience providing home owners and businesses with professional window cleaning, pressure washing, roof and gutter cleaning, and moss removal services. We use eco-friendly products and have thousands of loyal customers and excellent testimonials for craftsman, new construction, historic buildings, and commercial properties. Details:
- Experience is a plus but not needed. We are happy to train.
- PTO provided after training period including holidays and paid vacation
- Wages match industry standards and are based on skill and experience, regular performance reviews for wage increases (range $18-$35/hr)
- We are based in the Fremont neighborhood and service metro Seattle.
- Schedule is Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm

- Motivated, detail oriented, responsible, and a self-starter
- Good communicator - professional and clear communication with management, coworkers, and clients
- Enjoy working both on a team and independently
- Comfortable with residential and light commercial work on ladders up to 40’ and roofs up to 3 stories high
- Ability to lift 75lbs and have experience working at a job requiring physical labor
- Able to work outside in all weather conditions
- Good sense of balance, healthy respect of heights
- Valid driver’s license, reliable way to get to work, and ability to drive a company vehicle
