sale of homes/move-in cleanings for home buyers, sellers, and real estate agents. We are thorough and don't like to rush. We quote a fixed price for cleaning services by doing a free estimate at the property/home. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING - VERY IMPORTANT

* Non-smoking homes only.

* Pre-payment is required and we prefer electronic payment.

* Your home must be "picked up" and ready for cleaning upon our arrival.

* We are bonded and carry a CSL liability insurance policy at $1 million. This is to protect you.

* If your home has not been professionally cleaned in the last year, we require performing a top-to-bottom cleaning ("Spring Cleaning") before your regular monthly or biweekly service can begin.

* Hours of operation are 9am to 4pm Monday through Friday. If you leave a message, your call will be returned the next business day. Note: We are not a perfect fit for every client, so some opportunities will be waived by us. We take our business very seriously and our clients are always happy with our professional relationship. Our follow up is impeccable and consistent. We have been cleaning in South Columbia County since 2004, and we are one of the only licensed, bonded and insured companies in the area. Need help getting rid of your unwanted items from your spring cleaning? The annual community Spring Cleanup event takes place on Saturday, April 18, from 8 a.m. until noon at McBride Elementary School (2774 Columbia Boulevard) in St. Helens.
