Effective June 1st, the following pricing changes will take

Extra runs, after-hours visits, emergency cleanings, and services outside the original scope of work may be subject to additional fees to cover labor, travel, and scheduling accommodations.

I am a local cleaner with insurance and lots of experience. And I have learned over my years cleaning I enjoy cleaning vacation hones most! And ensuring the best stay and experience for customers.

I dispose of garbage

Sauna, Hot tub cleaning/Sanitation

I take laundry to wash if needed

Cleaning of patio furniture & decks/porch

Moving forward for any last minute extra needs if not already on site or depending the request will be billed on invoices. If you would like to avoid these extra fees we can discuss payment as a property manager format into a weekly/monthly setting at a flat rate.
