When a beloved stuffed animal gets a “neck injury,” it’s officially Threat Level Red.

Luckily, Penny had Big Waves on her side! Our in-house seamstress repaired her, then we gave her a deep clean in one of our massive machines.

Yes, we can wash stuffed animals, pet beds, comforters, and other oversized items—and our tailors can handle repairs, too!
