*Prices*
*Cash only during the time of service please.
*Walk through and meet and greets prior to every new client is a must.
*please note picking up toys during service will be an extra fee so we can move quickly and tidy and accommodate everyone 🙂
•Out of area. 3$ a mile.
•Leaf clean up. 25$ an hour if client provides bags, if we provide bags 30$ an hour.
•Window cleaning. Quote based. (Client must be home have everything moved away from windows and screens off no 2 story homes)
•Laundy. 5$ each load, client must provide washer and dryer on site, along with laundry soap, dryer sheets. if coins are needed they will need to be provided as well.
•dishes. 10$ each sink load, client must provide dish soap.
•sanitizing toys. Are based off Quantity and will need a quote.
*furnished basements. Based off size will need a quote.
*organization based on room.
*wet siffer pads used for anything that's not the bathroom will be an extra 20$ for each room.
•move out/ move in will require a walk through based off size. Extra fee if team has to pick the trash out of unit, client must have furniture out prior to services.
*Holiday cleans. While your getting everything ready for the holiday were making you a priority and making your house tidy! (we ask for a three week notice at least please)
•deep cleans. Walk throughs are required and go based off size.
•changing sheets. $20 each bed. Client must provide fresh Linen.
•basic clean. No bedrooms 65$ bathroom, living room, kitchen.
• basic clean. With bedrooms added will be based off size.
*basements will be based off size and what needs to be done.
*carpet cleaning based off size and how many rooms total.

Questions and answers.
Do we clean gutters? No.
Mowing? No.
Do you have to be home during the time of service? No not at all it's totally what you prefer.
Do you need to prepare anything before your service? No just a toilet brush in each bathroom. And if you want you can prepare a list of what you want done if you prefer.
Do we have references? Yes
Do we have experience? Yes
Do we spray light bulbs and light fixtures? No
Do we do leaf clean up. Yes
Please let us know what delicate items not to pick up and dust.
Do we grab mail and walk pets? No.
Window cleaning? Yes, But no two story homes.
We do not get on anything higher then a step ladder.
Do you need to have cleaning supplies? No we bring are own supplies.
What kind of payment do we except? We only except cash the day of service.

No bleach, if you are in need of laundry service please provide laundry soap, washer and dryer on site and coins if needed. If needing cadges cleaned please provide clean blankets/bedding and a place for the animal to be contained in during. Please let me know if you have allergies to certain scents, cleaning supplies, and if you have certian animals I should be worried about. I do not do commercial and air b&b cleanings.
