Foothill Pressure Washing is looking for an experienced, dependable technician who can lead a crew, manage a jobsite, and represent our company professionally.

📍 Chino / Inland Empire — work throughout Southern California
💰 $25–$30/hour, based on experience, plus commission opportunities
✅ Weekly payroll with Friday direct deposit
🚀 Immediate opening

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has professional pressure washing, exterior cleaning, or related field service experience
• Can lead jobs, operate equipment, and maintain quality standards
• Has a valid driver’s license and clean driving record; comfortable driving a company truck and trailer
• Is comfortable with ladders, roof work, and outdoor physical labor
• Communicates clearly with customers, crew members, and the office
• Reviews the scope with customers before starting and obtains approval for additional work
• Is comfortable recommending additional services
• Follows ladder, PPE, and heat safety procedures

Schedule: Approximately 25–40 hours per week, depending on workload. Start times vary, with occasional nights and weekends. Flexibility is required.

A white roof only works if it stays white.

TPO membranes are built to reflect heat, and dirt buildup works against that. We cleaned this commercial TPO roof with water only and controlled pressure, no chemicals. We started with test patches to dial in the pressure before cleaning the full roof, and took extra care around vents and penetrations.

Oil drips, tire marks and years of grime, gone.

We cleaned this parking garage in Beverly Hills stall by stall. Oil stains got a degreaser first, then a surface cleaner went over the stalls and drive aisles for an even finish.

While the stores were closed, we were working.

We cleaned the sidewalks, storefronts, entries and patio areas at this Santa Clarita shopping center overnight. Shoppers and tenants arrived the next morning to clean walkways, with no wet concrete or equipment in their way.

Pool deck, courtyard, breezeways, upper walkways and drive areas, all in one visit.

This apartment community in Van Nuys brought us in to clean the shared spaces residents use every day. Those are the surfaces tenants walk on and prospects see first on a tour.

We worked carefully around the pool and controlled runoff on the upper walkways so water didn't drip onto the areas below.
