Sammy Balian, a San Diego native, started Floor Cleaner Fred (FCF) with the intention of delivering professional steam cleaning services at honest, straightforward prices. His family business of almost 30 years was in dry-cleaning, which was the steppingstone to his professional cleaning career. After branching off from the family business in 2012, he began working as a carpet cleaner for several
years where he found himself absolutely thrilled. Driving all over San Diego, meeting wonderful people every appointment, adding value to someone’s life in areas they live and work, just a few of the many reasons that inspired him to start Floor Cleaner Fred. His goal is to create this same passion across FCF so that all the amazing people who make FCF possible feel the same way he did when he first got into this industry. All our equipment is truck mount powered and operated by certified cleaning technicians via the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification.
