Online personality test: We have an online personality test that helps us determine and shortlist the best candidates out there based on 7 key personality traits. These traits help us filter through to find the most polite, friendly, caring, trustworthy and safe nannies out there. Only one out of every 6 manage to pass the test and come through the second phase of selection.
Background check: We at “Safe and Sound nannies” are aware of how much your child’s security means to you. Being a mother myself, I would not even dream of leaving my kids in the wrong hands. This is why we put extra attention in this process to make sure that the person you trust with your kids’ lives is worth it. For this, we check their fingerprints against sexual offenders’ database and other criminal records to make sure that our candidate has no felony history of any sort. It is our foremost priority to run thorough checks to make sure that the candidate we send your way has no criminal record of any type and is safe to be left with your kids.
Personality evaluation: Apart from online tests, we conduct a one-to-one interview with all our candidates to make sure that are good in person too. They should look as promising, friendly, trustworthy, caring and warm in person as the personality test said they would. During our one-to-one session, we also are working out the candidate’s compatibility with the prospective family. We only refer to you the nannies who we think would be compatible with your family.
Trial periods: We know that it usually takes time for you and your kids to adjust with a nanny. Sometimes, no matter how many tests she has passed through, it would just not work. For this, we offer free replacements for a period of 6 months for part-time nannies and 1 year for full-time nannies.
