We know we are late to update you with Covid-19 and the status of our company, but we have seen an increase in estimate appointment requests and you deserve to know how we are moving forward with serving our customers.
Our auto detailing methods require us to be in close contact with you and your vehicle. Even while wearing a mask and gloves, the potential for spreading Covid-19 is ever present.
Camozzi Shine & Seal will continue to accept new appointments with the goal to limit contact between customers and our detailing professionals. This means a limited selection of services we will provide along with new guidelines and rules we will follow and strictly enforce.
The following is our plan for moving forward:
We take social distancing and personal protective equipment (PPE) very seriously. Our detailers are required to wear face, eye, and hand protection at all times when working on your vehicle. Furthermore we will designate a 15 ft marked "clean zone" around your vehicle, when inside this "clean zone" or when within 6 ft of the detailer, our customers are required to properly wear a face mask or face shield that completely covers the nose and mouth. If you have a medical condition, you are still required to shield your face, no exceptions. If at any time our customers violate these simple rules, we will discontinue our services no exceptions. Bottom line, if you refuse to respect the health and wellness of our detailers we will refuse service to you.
Until otherwise notified, Camozzi Shine & Seal has suspended all interior detailing services. This includes interiors of convertibles, and other "open top" vehicles like boats. We will continue to provide exterior detailing services, as long as our detailers do not enter enclosed spaces and maintain social distancing guidelines as posted by the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
We enforce these guidelines to protect our detailers, our customers, and all those that they might come in contact with.
