Are you washing your jeans to get the best life out of them?
Wash your jeans with like colors. Light wash with light color clothes and dark with dark.
You might think to wash them all together but you probably have dark and light wash jeans. Also washing jeans all together can be too harsh.
Turn them inside out and close all buttons and zippers. Be sure to use cold water to lessen fading.
Dry on low/med heat just until damp and then hang to dry the rest of the way.
Aim to wear 3-4 times or until they have odor and spot treat in between as needed.
