- Satisfaction Policy: At BusyBees we strive for satisfaction! As our customer your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied with any part of your cleaning/service, BusyBees will redo the job within "48HR" hours of completion. Another alternative is we can provide a service credit towards another visit!

- Time Window Policy: As a cleaning service, we are ALWAYS on the go! We often experience things like unexpected traffic jams, lockouts, late "let-ins", wrong pin/gate codes, etc. We give a time window vs an exact time. IE: Your cleaning team will be arriving between 9:00am-9:30am!

- Refunds : Cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service; therefor we cannot offer refunds. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with Busybees Cleaning Service. We vouch to take care of your issue, what ever it might be.
