Responsibilities:

Assist and lead a Cleaning Team to successfully complete all assigned tasks efficiently, effectively, and in a timely manner
Cleaning, stocking, and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting ceiling vents (if applicable), restroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, etc.)
Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects
Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs of repairs
Make adjustments and minor repairs to equipment if necessary
Cooperate with the rest of the staff
Maintain a positive attitude at ALL times
Follow all health and safety regulations

Job brief

We are looking for a Team Leader to manage a Cleaning Team to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance tasks. Assign appropriate tasks to team members. One of our goals is to keep all work areas clean and organized.

Requirements

Proven work experience as a cleaner is preferred
Leadership and Communication Skills
Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets
High School Diploma

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $12.00 /hour

Summary:

Candidates work as ambassadors and are responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with clients. They must build trust and provide support for clientele, ensuring they lead to potential future sales.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service while obtaining a positive attitude at all times
Travel to meet future and current clients
Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with clients daily as needed
Build and maintain relationships with new and current clients
Maintain records of all sales leads and/or client accounts
