Aquia Pool and Spa is a top rated pool cleaning and maintenance company in San Antonio. We are seeking to fill at least one full time Pool Cleaner position. Industry pool cleaning experience is a plus, but not required. We provide extensive on the job pool-side training. You must pass a 90 Day Training Period to be promoted to the Pool Cleaner position.

Job responsibilities:

Standard daily routine:

Completing assigned pool route for the day
All tasks associated with cleaning and maintaining a pool
Water testing and balance
Inspect equipment for proper operation
Entering details of each visit in mobile software on phone
Perform other duties as requested by Management
Willing to step up to learning new skills

Minimum Requirements:

You must enjoy working outdoors in ALL kinds of Texas weather
Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs.
Applicant must have a High school diploma and valid Texas driver's license
Must pass a background check and drug test prior to employment
Must have clean driving record. No DWIs or DUIs. No exceptions
Must be able to work with minimal or no supervision, be a self-starter and always on time
Must be self motivated, have good people skills, a good problem solver, and maintain a clean appearance. Minimum dress requirements apply

Compensation and Benefits:

Paid weekly- Rate based on experience, related certifications and completion of 90 Day Training period
