📢 A Friendly Reminder About Cancellations & Appointment Access 📢

I truly appreciate each and every one of my clients and understand that life can be unpredictable. To keep my schedule running smoothly and to respect the time set aside for all clients, I kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance.

✨ Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled cleaning may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service amount.
• I understand that emergencies and unexpected situations happen. If a cancellation occurs within the 48-hour window, I will use reasonable discretion based on the circumstances.

✨ No Access / No-Show Policy
• If I arrive for your scheduled service and am unable to access your home or office, the full service amount will be due if access cannot be provided within 1 hour of notification.
• For convenience, I am happy to use a door keypad or spare key if you are comfortable with that arrangement.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. These policies help me protect my time, maintain a reliable schedule, and continue providing the quality service you deserve. I appreciate your business and look forward to keeping your spaces sparkling clean! ✨🧹
