Belvedere Cleaning Services LLC is looking for 2 part-time employees for light office cleaning duties. Pay is $12.50/hr plus benefits (see below). No experience necessary. Friendly work environment. To schedule an interview, please contact Max at 385 231 5341.

Location: Approximately 5900 W by I-80

Duties include:
bathrooms, windows, desks, & chairs cleaning
dusting
floor mopping
emptying trash

Benefits include:
2 paid leave days per month (pre-approved by leader at least one week prior to leave).
$200 monthly bonus, when no work days are missed the previous month (excludes the 2 paid leave days). For example, employee works every scheduled day in June except the two approved paid leave days. On July 15th the employee would receive a $200 bonus.
5 consecutive paid vacation days after six month of work without any days missed ( pre-approved by leader at least 2 weeks prior to leave; excludes the 2 paid leave days per month). For example, employee works Jan through Jun every scheduled day except the two approved paid leave days per month. In July the employee is eligible for the 5 day consecutive paid vacation leave.
Employees will be furnished with uniforms at no additional cost* to include: 2 t-shirts, 2 pants, 1 sweatshirt, 1 jacket, and 1 pair of safety shoes.
NOTE: *Employees who quit before completing at least 6 months of work will have an equivalent of two-week pay deducted from their paycheck to cover the uniforms costs.

Must have reliable transportation
Must be 18 years old or older
