I helped a Mom create some structure for her kids around helping out with chores, which in turn gives the children a sense of responsibility and belonging in the family.

Her kids are quite young, but they're still able to help out. With a 6 month old younger sibling, Mom can't do everything all the time!

This piece is SOLD and it's part of an unfinished series about chores!

I want to paint mopping, sweeping and laundry paintings eventually too.

I've had this idea for years, even before starting this cleaning business.

I think the motivation comes from the fact that chores are a daily part of life that feels mundane but can be enjoyed if approached with the right mindset.

Here's a sketch I created with Sharpie, it was a bit of a study for a series about chores that I've been wanting to do for so long.

I painted the dishes, but I want to paint mopping, sweeping and laundry paintings eventually too.
