We sure enjoyed that October sunshine while it lasted. These photos are from just last week 🍂 Feels like fall in the Valley again!

This one was about twice the size of the roofs we typically install here in the Willamette Valley. Grateful for the October sunshine!

What does a new roof or roof cleaning actually cost?

It’s one of the first questions most homeowners have, and we don’t think you should have to sit through a sales pitch just to get an idea.

So we’ve updated the Moss Boss Instant Estimator.

Enter a few things most homeowners already know about their home, and our calculator will give you a preliminary price range based on your property and the service you’re looking for.

You can currently estimate:

🔨 Roof Replacement
🌿 Roof Cleaning & Moss Removal
🔎 Roof Inspections
🎄 Traditional Christmas Light Installation
💡 Permanent Eave Lighting

The calculator considers things like the approximate size of your home, number of levels, roof pitch, roof complexity, and service-specific details to give you a more realistic starting point.

No appointment required just to see a number.
No commitment.
No pressure.

And if the estimate looks like it fits your budget, you can take the next step and request an inspection or firm proposal.

We built it because homeowners deserve to have an idea of what a project might cost before they have to make a decision.

Try it here 👇

Use our Instant Estmator to get fast and hassle-free pricing for roof inspection, roof cleanings, and new roofs.

Not a bad view from the office earlier this week.

West Salem, looking pretty good from up here.

Why choose Moss Boss Roofing for cleaning?

Most exterior cleaning companies just clean
At Moss Boss Roofing we Clean. Inspect. Protect.
___________________________________________

Because your roof's most important job isn't looking clean.

It's keeping your home dry.

Moss Boss isn't just a roof cleaning company. We're licensed roofing contractors. Most of the year, our crews are installing new roofing systems, making repairs, tracking down leaks, and inspecting aging roofs throughout the Willamette Valley.

That experience changes the way we approach roof maintenance.

When we're on your roof, we're looking at more than moss and debris. We're looking at the condition of the roofing material, flashing, penetrations, valleys, exposed fasteners, drainage, gutters, ventilation, and other areas that help your roofing system shed water the way it was designed to.

We're also looking for the difference between something that's cosmetic, something that should be monitored, and something that actually needs repair.

Our cleaning methods aren't chosen simply because they're the fastest or easiest way to make a roof look good. We consider the roofing material, age, condition, and manufacturer guidance because sometimes doing the job right takes a little more care.

And if we find something?

We're roofers

Experienced with Willamette Valley unique climate. We know what roofs here deal with: moss, moisture, debris, long rainy seasons, wind, aging materials, and all the little problems that tend to reveal themselves once the rain comes back.

Because a clean roof is great.

A roof that's clean, maintained, inspected, and ready to shed another Oregon winter?

That's better.

Another busy week 😮‍💨🔥

That gives us about two months before the Willamette Valley begins transitioning from warm, dry weather into Oregon’s rainy season.

If you know your roof needs a little love, here are a few options to consider:

1. Cross your fingers and hope your roof doesn't start leaking in the middle of the wettest season of the year.

OR

2. Schedule an inspection in August. Giving yourself time to understand the condition of your roof, consider your options, and take care of any needed maintenance, repairs, or replacement before the rainy season begins.

The way we see it, taking care of your roof now provides homeowners with much needed peace of mind through the busy holiday season.

Willamette Valley homeowners trust Moss Boss Roofing for it's award winning service. Voted Best in the Willamette Valley and Next Door Fav. Request your free inspection by visiting us online: www.mossbossor.com

Shout out to CPR Cell Phone Repair ❤️‍🩹 on Lancaster. These guys went above and beyond.

They handled my phone repair through my carrier’s insurance, then gave me a substantial trade in credit toward a phone that actually fit my needs. I walked away with four times the storage and paid only a fraction of what a brand new phone would have cost.

Friendly, knowledgeable, detailed, and genuinely great to work with. Solid customer service is getting harder to find, but these guys absolutely delivered.💪🏽🙌🏽🙏🏽
