Another commercial floor buffed clean and polished🔥🔥

Subway line ceiling refresh. Built up bread oil and dirt from over 10 years. Cleaned, sanded, painted tracks with high gloss enamel, and replaced ceiling tiles with new Armstrong Kitchen tiles.

Happy with end result😁

Not necessarily pretty. But replaced bowed desk top that so bad the drawers wouldn’t open….with a 1.25” butcher block desk top. Reused drawers to keep cost down.
