Most people don't realize artificial turf can become compacted over time.

This front lawn had heavy sand infill compaction, causing the turf fibers to lay over and lose that lush, upright appearance. The infill had also migrated downward toward the base of the turf, making the lawn feel dense, flat, and tired.

Today's restoration included:

✅ Power brooming to break up compaction
