Operator, Zane Michalko completed his five year plumbing apprenticeship with Local 290 in Portland, Oregon during June of 1998. He moved to Winter Park, Colorado, where he fine-tuned his trade while enjoying the mountain lifestyle. After spending two years in the mountains, he moved to Denver, Colorado where he tested for and received his Colorado Master Plumbing license. In 2000, Zane started Zan

e Michalko Plumbing LLC and within a couple years, he employed 7 licensed plumbers. The organization became one of Denver's most highly regarded plumbing companies because Zane managed his business using a powerful three point philosophy that included: exceptional customer service, unwavering ethics and fairness in all things. After an amazing 13 year run, Zane sold his plumbing business and in November of 2013 and relocated to St. Augustine, FL with his wife and two children, near his wife’s hometown of Gainesville, FL

Ready for a new challenge, the Michako's started Water Rocket Property Services LLC in January of 2014 and are bringing the same level of customer service that made their plumbing business so successful.
