To answer some questions about one of our Automatic Washes being down.

1. Yes it was hit by a customer
2. Yes they did come forward
3. Yes the machine is totaled and will have to be replaced
4. No we do not know when as we are communicating with their insurance.

Our wait times will be longer during peak hours and we apologize for the inconvenience.

You spoke and we listened.

We are always trying new things but sometimes it doesn't work out and this is the case with our soaps and waxes.. Last year we changed chemical companies and our customers loved it, well a few months ago we thought we would change again to see if we could get better results... WE DID NOT get better results and you spoke up and let us know, so as of yesterday we now have the old chemicals you loved so much back!
