What Donna has to say about her California Friendly Garden: "Due to the southern california drought we decided to remove our front lawn and redesign the landscape to be california friendly. We chose water friendly succulent plants including sedum angelina, echeveria silver/blue and afterglow, aeonium sunburst, and others. We chose water friendly plants including cordyline electric pink, angelonia pink, arctotis pink sugar, evolvulus hawaiian blue eyes, scaevola blue fan, duranta, diosma,calylophus sundrop, dymonia, and others. We replaced our sprinkler system with state of art drip system that water each zone based upon the plants water requirement. The irrigation water travels through a filtration system prior to water delivery. Boulders highlight the plants and shredded bark covers the planting areas to minimize water evaporation."
