Hello Future candidates We are looking for a Janitor, or custodian, to take care of our building and carry out cleaning, maintenance duties.
The goal is to keep our Customers building in a clean and orderly condition.
Clean commercial buildings (medical buildings, offices, etc.)
Responsibilities include:
Clean and disinfect surfaces
Cleans bathrooms and refills supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc.)
Dusts
Empty trash and takes to dumpster (Very Close)
Vacuum and mop floors
Log in to Time app for arrival/log out upon departure
Finishes jobs in a timely manner
Hard worker,punctual,and honest.
Has knowledge and safely uses cleaning products provided
Maintain safety of the building at all times
keep keys in location key section and keeping cleaning cart clean and stocked
Proven working experience as a janitor
Ability to follow directions and have respect for others
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
Integrity and ability to work independently

Attendance is key
Monday through Friday
Start time between 4pm and 6:30pm It will be 4 in a half to 5 hours daily
Saturday start time has to be 3:00 and will be about 2 hours it will consist of using a back pack gas or electric blower blowing all trash and debris and sweeping up to discard.
Serious applicants only I am open to flexible schedule I just need up front and honesty.
Mask must be worn at all times and or be vaccinated.
