āØ Responsibilities Include:
ā¢ Maintaining your own cleaning clients
ā¢ Performing quality checks for team members
ā¢ Covering call-outs when needed
ā¢ Calling in supply needs to management
ā¢ Training and guiding cleaners on our standard checklists and expectations
ā¢ Working alongside team members when extra help is needed
ā¢ Leading by example and helping maintain our company standards
This opportunity is designed for someone who does NOT want to stay stuck cleaning in the field forever. We are looking for someone who wants to grow into leadership as the company grows.
š° Starting Pay: $18/hour
š Pay increases available at:
