Hi all. Apologies for very little posts lately. We especially apologize for messages that went unanswered for quite some time. Our account got a little wacky and only the teenager had access to it. It took awhile to figure out how to get it back. Some updates: life has changed quite a bit post pandemic. I have made some shifts in my career and started a private practice in order to be more available for the girls. With the various life changes and challenges we recently made the tough decision to downsize and are thus far no longer doing tours. We have spoken with our mentors and waited until we found the absolute best situations. We found such an optimal placement for our 3 rescue alpacas that I almost feel jealous for the rest of our animals! Vinny, Abraham and one-eyed Einstein will get to live out their days in San Jose with green pastures and the loving care of Change can be hard but change is constant. We are fortunate to have such wonderful community. If you are ever in the San Jose area check out Rancho Roben Rescues and say hi to the 3 boys!

We had quite a scare with our OG boy, Yukon. He’s been sick for several days. Our alpaca community is the absolute best. Our mentor and our amazing vet, Dr. Skillman guided us through days of meds until our vet could get out here in person today. Thrilled to say he seems to be on the mend!
