Customer complaint of her septic pump alarm going off. Upon arriving we diagnosed that the pump was functioning properly however there was a traffic jamb in the distribution box.

Here is your reminder to keep growth away from your leaching system. If your leaching system is located in near proximity of large trees or bushes it is good practice to open the distribution box up and ensure that you do not have roots inviting themselves into the system for a free drink.

Once we evacuated all the roots as seen in the pictures including the root socks that found their way into the leaching pipes the system was back online and back in business.

We bundled up and made it out to go change out a distribution box that was crushed and got it done 👊.
