I charge my clients hourly. Some will charge based on the SQ footage of the home.

25-35$ an hour is an average price for a standard clean.

40-55$ an hour is average for a deep clean.

Or 150-300$ for 1200sq ft or less for a standard. 350-500+ for deep cleaning.

Please remember this is a service we are providing. A service that typically requires hard work and time if it’s been done right.

Homemade All-Purpose Cleaner Recipes
For Windows and Counters

Ingredients:
1 tsp Dawn dish soap
1 gallon jug
1/2 cup vinegar
16 Oz Rubbing Alcohol
Fill with water

Instructions:
1. Combine the vinegar and alcohol in the gallon jug.
2. Fill the rest of the jug with water.
3. Mix well before use.
4. Use a spray bottle for easy application on windows and counters.

For Showers
Ingredients:
1 cup vinegar
1 cup DAWN dish soap

Instructions:
1. Mix equal parts vinegar and DAWN in a spray bottle.
2. Shake well before use.
3. Spray on shower surfaces, let sit for a few minutes, then scrub and rinse off.
