Sometimes, no matter how much we love our businesses and our clients, our health has to come first. The past week reminded me that you can't pour from an empty cup, and taking the time to rest and recover was necessary.

Running two businesses can make it feel like there's always another call to take, another email to answer, or another task to check off the list.

Today, I'm choosing to step away from the hustle and spend some quality time with the people who matter most—my family. ❤️
