ME: "And very expensive" Proceeds to put the camera on the pipe.
Homeowner: Sees the inside of the pipe in HD on the monitor. "Kinda like a Colonoscopy"
ME: "Smells the same too"
Homeowner: Spits out her coffee and falls on ground laughing.

Tales from the inspection:

During the pre-inspection walk through this morning, the homeowners granddaughter walked outside and said "It's too wet out. There is too much humanity in the air." We both chuckled but didn't correct her. Hard to argue with that statement to be honest.
