To all my homeowners in the SC area:
Insurance fact, go ahead and file the claim for your roof, if you don't file insurance can drop you at your renewal for not reporting damage.. Next year insurance will be raising everyone's rates due to all the storms we had have since April. Most companies let you file up to a year of the incident. So, while everyone is receiving new roofs, dont be scared. You are basically paying for everyone to have a new roof.
