To whom it may concern: We would like to introduce Covenant Cleaning Services L.L.C. to you. We are a full janitorial service company that has been in business for over 25 years. We are a well established company that offers a consistent quality service at a reasonable price. The above is an introduction to us and the following information will further explain the reason for this letter.

We would like to be considered by you in your floor maintenance needs. We are set up to accommodate the full service of floor stripping & waxing, scrub & burnishing, and scrub & re-coating of various kinds of floors such as vct, concrete, bbt, & lvt, etc. We can also do epoxy floors if needed. We currently are and have been servicing floors for various companies such as Jet’s Pizza, Tropical Smoothie, T-Mobile corporate stores (M-Pcs), Office Depot/Max, Party City, Save-a-lot, and Big Lots in the Michigan area to include the Toledo, Ohio area. - Some of the bigger stores we’ve been servicing in a sub-contractor capacity, but at many of the locations we are the main contractor. We have enjoyed doing business with these companies for approximately 15 years average. We use only Commercial grade products and are willing to provide the MSDS sheets necessary.

We are a fully insured company and will be happy to provide you with our insurance upon acceptance of this proposal.
