Update to our terms and conditions:

Customers are responsible for having their laundry ready and available at the designated pickup location at the scheduled pickup time. If BAM Laundry arrives for a scheduled pickup and there is no laundry available for pickup, a $12.99 No-Pickup Fee will be charged to the customer's card.

This fee may also apply if the customer fails to provide access to the designated pickup location or otherwise prevents BAM Laundry from completing the scheduled pickup.

The fee is intended to cover the costs associated with dispatching a driver and making the scheduled trip. The fee is non-refundable once the pickup attempt has been made.

Keep in mind, if you are not going to have linens available, you can reply "SKIP" to the text message you receive the day prior, and it will remove you from our delivery schedule until your next scheduled delivery. If we do not receive that text by end of day the text is sent, you will be charged the $12.99 No-Pickup fee if we arrive and there is nothing to pick up.

Thank you for your understanding and if you have any questions, please reach out.
