Yesterday we heard about the passing of Mr. Arthur Munn. Our hearts are shattered. He was the sweetest gentleman we had the privilege to know and help. Always full of stories and a smile. He always asked how my kids were doing. He kept me updated on how his family was doing and their adventures. He was more than just a client. We love him very much. We'll forever hold you near to our hearts. Please keep his family in your thoughts.

Rincon- Arthur L. Munn, 86, passed away December 29, 2025 at his daughters home. The Pittsfield, MA native was retired from General Electric and also the National Guard. Art loved his family, especially his grandchildren as well as learning the German language. He was preceded in death by his wife,

Rise of Phoenix Cleaning Service, LLC teamed up with Lowcountry Cleaner to provide a family in need with a thorough deep clean. The endeavor required substantial hard work, but the ultimate approval is what motivates our actions. As a solo cleaner, I understood the necessity of requesting assistance, and Melinda readily provided her expertise. I look forward to collaborating with her on future cleaning projects. Good morning!

I am reaching out to businesses in the area for their interest in a small local business to offer commercial cleaning services. I can provide client references from other commercial clients I have been with for the past couple years.

I also have 3 residential spots available for monthly cleaning services.

Our son recently had his second open heart surgery over two weeks ago. His road to recovery is looking great. He started kindergarten this morning.

We are home! It was a long drive, but we arrived home yesterday evening.

If you are a current client I will be reaching out to you with an update of the schedule.

I will be home next week as our son starts school on Monday. This is to ensure I am available to pick him up if he has trouble staying the whole day.

I want to thank you all for being amazing and for understanding our situation.

He has a long road to travel for his recovery, but he is so resilient.
