WE ARE NOW BONDED AND INSURED! Our work consists of residential clients, commercial, renovations & new construction. Usually on house, a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, I charge $75, on a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, it's $100. This is for the standard dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms. Laundry service is available for an extra fee. If you hire me weekly or biweekly, I will work with you to give you a
discount. I prefer to see your house & speak with you about your needs, before I quote you a price. Commercial services just depend on size, where it is, and what your needs are. New renovations and new constructions are usually at a higher fee because of floors (droppings of paint, etc.). They start at $350 & up, but if you keep me working with all your property, I will find a way to work with your budget (just depends on the situation). We were in this business before Katrina and was in it while in Mississippi for 3 years. We just started helping sellers & buyers of houses with their packing & cleaning too!
