Every dishwasher has a filter that should be cleaned regularly ✨️ My filter had very little in it because I always rinse my dishes before they're sanitized in the dishwasher. Contrary to what the dishwashing detergent commercials say, it is best to have as little food residue as possible go into the dishwasher. Just because your detergent CAN clean all of the food off in the dishwasher doesn't mean it should. PRO TIP: Don't waste your money on rinse-aids! Vinegar works just as well 😁 What questions do you have about cleaning your dishwasher?

There are definitely exceptions to this rule, but it helps a lot if you used too much product when mopping, you're trying to get all of the soap off of your dishes, or even if you wash and rinse your laundry by hand. When I'm making bread, I give the counter a really hood scrubbing before I knead. I then rinse the counter completely so the bread doesnt taste like soap!
