This electrical panel was not only Fuses, but it was installed too close to a water heater and lacked the required clearance by code. The existing 100 Amp feeder cable was Deteriorated and was Replaced with a 2-inch PVC pipe that will last the life of the home. Inside, the 100 Amp panel was Removed and Replaced with a new 200 Amp, 40-circuit panel, allowing for any Future Renovations if needed. The home is also equipped with a Whole-Home Surge Protection System and all Grounding was Properly done to Ensure Safety.

The Existing 100Amp Service was not only Old but also created a Potential Hazard by being located too close to the Gas Meter. Our team addressed these concerns by removing the old Equipment and Replacing it with New, Up-To-Date Components, Ensuring the Safety of the Home and its Occupants. ⚡️⚡️

Give this Homeowner more Room for Future Circuits, We Moved it to a New Location Where it is now Accessible and To Code.
