After two weeks of pre emergents and fertilizer, I’m finally down to my last day. Just in time for leaves to hit. Weather has been on my side this year too with the perfect rain after all my pre was fine and then a nice week of clear to get my fertilizer done before the next rain system. I should end up with top notch results and a good winter.

This is why when i decide to do pre emergent or fertilizer I start with Friday. Just my hoa alone is a workout. All these miles with either a heavy spreader on my chest or blower on my back. But it is much easier to get this one out of the way first rather than last when I’m already worn out. Unfortunately I have two weeks worth of this starting today. First pre emergent and then fertilizer the following week. Just in time for leaves to start dropping.

I’m mowing my first house a new one to me and the neighbor two houses down came over impressed with what I had done already to mine. I told him I’m at 200 a month minimum and he went for it and it is a super easy place so it looks like I’m adding another one. That makes up for the one I quit last week. Definitely going to try and fix his trenches around the lawn. That drives me nuts and is a breeding ground for w**ds.
