I emailed Blue Lagoon Pools of Sinking Springs about the liner sinking. They tell me that sand will move but it looks like a mole problem. They take no responsibility for anything.
So far I had 2 other authorized Radiant pool dealers out and they both state not having the perforated drain pipe installed per the manufacturers instructions is causing this issue.

I brought up months ago to Todd Kline the owner of Blue Lagoon pools that I had found the manufacturers installation instructions and that he never installed the perforated drain pipe around the pool. Todd stated that it was not needed that the water would percolate into the ground.

They state it is what it is that there is no guarantee of colors
I called Surekrete headquarters and they state the contractor screwed up somewhere. That the color should not pink pink/red

I had multiple concrete guys say this was not compacted or backfilled correctly Washing out after 2 months
