Terms of service:
Furniture that needs to be moved has to be moved prior to appointment. Carpet should be free and clear of loose debris and trash, vacuumed. If you are getting a car cleaned; floors and seats must be free and clear of loose debris and trash; vacuumed. Carpets that require two sessions will be billed additionally at a discount rate of $25 per area. Car

pet that needs to be vacuumed will be billed separately at $15 per area. Areas that go over their respective time requirements will be billed at $5 per 15 minute intervals. Bundle deals are priced for a basic cleaning. Heavily soiled carpets may be counted as two. Larger rooms may be counted as two areas

We do not accept Groupons. House cleaning:
Please pick up personal items as we will clean around them

Deep cleaning is $50 per room basic cleaning is $40 per room

If you have live bugs or rodents this is considered a hazmat clean. We do not take down spider webs. While asking for a quote please indicate if you want inside of appliances, the price will change. Cleanings are timed. Appointments that are not confirmed will have to be rescheduled. Please confirm receipt of the terms. Refund Policy: 100% non refundable. Please inquire issues and concerns prior to technician leaving.
