Did you know a heavy downpour does more than just raise your water level? Rainwater is acidic and can rapidly drop your pool's pH and total alkalinity. Plus, wind blows organic debris and airborne algae spores right into the mix.

Rule of thumb: After a classic NC spring storm, let your filter run and test your water before jumping back in. (And remember, you can always use our Drop & Go water testing program or web app for a quick check & chemical recommendation!) 🧪

Fiberglass! 🐋 Fiberglass pools are manufactured in a controlled factory environment and delivered to your yard in one single piece. Because they have a non-porous gel coat, algae has a really hard time sticking to them. That means fewer chemicals, less scrubbing, and a much lower lifetime maintenance cost. Basically, it's the "set it and forget it" of the pool world. 🕒✨
